Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how you may use matchMor and applies to all members, visitors, and anyone who accesses matchmor.com or the matchMor mobile application. By using matchMor you agree to this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
1. Age Requirement
matchMor is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. No person under the age of 18 may create an account, use the service, or be introduced through the platform under any circumstances.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If matchMor discovers that a member is under 18, that account will be immediately and permanently terminated and any introductions involving that member will be revoked.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, share, or include in your profile, photos, or any communications through matchMor any content that is:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene in nature
- Nude or partially nude in a sexual context
- Violent, threatening, or glorifying harm to any person
- Hateful, discriminatory, or demeaning based on race, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic
- Illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law
- Defamatory, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading
- In violation of any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
3. Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on matchMor:
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSEA): Any content, communication, or conduct that sexualizes minors, solicits minors, or constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement immediately.
- Sexual violence: Soliciting, promoting, or depicting sexual violence, rape, or non-consensual sexual acts in any form.
- Non-consensual content: Sharing intimate images or recordings of any person without their explicit consent.
- Human trafficking and sex trafficking: Using matchMor to recruit, transport, exploit, or coerce any person for labor or sexual exploitation, or to facilitate any form of human trafficking.
- Scams and fraud: Using matchMor to deceive, defraud, or financially exploit other members, including romance scams, fake identity schemes, solicitation of money or gifts, or any other deceptive conduct intended to harm members.
- Harassment and stalking: Contacting, following, threatening, or intimidating any member or matchMor staff in a manner that causes distress or fear.
- Impersonation: Representing yourself as another person, creating a false identity, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or intentions.
- Commercial solicitation: Using the platform to advertise, sell products or services, recruit for businesses, or solicit members for any commercial purpose.
- Unauthorized access: Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use, including scraping, reverse engineering, or using automated bots.
4. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately. matchMor takes all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
To report a violation, contact us at info@matchmor.com with a description of the issue. For reports involving illegal activity, child exploitation, or imminent safety threats, please also contact your local law enforcement or the appropriate authorities.
5. Enforcement
matchMor reserves the right to:
- Remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice
- Suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in a violation
- Report illegal activity, including child sexual exploitation and trafficking, to law enforcement and relevant authorities
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving matchMor members
- Deny service to any person or entity at our sole discretion
Violations of Sections 2 and 3 involving illegal content or activity will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement, with no exceptions.
6. Relationship to Terms of Service
This AUP is incorporated by reference into the matchMor Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the more restrictive provision applies.
