matchMor

How it works

Not another swiping app.

There’s no feed to scroll here, and you’ll never see a pool of profiles to browse. matchMor works more like a matchmaker than a dating app — we do the searching, and we only introduce you to someone once we genuinely think they’re worth meeting.

The journey

  1. 1. You join the waitlist. We invite people in gradually rather than opening the doors to everyone at once.
  2. 2. You tell us about yourself. A survey covering faith, family, personality, and what you’re actually looking for — the foundation for every introduction we make for you.
  3. 3. We review your profile personally. A real person on our team looks at every profile before it’s admitted. This is why it isn’t instant.
  4. 4. You complete setup. Adding a card activates you in the matching pool. You won’t be charged during your free trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends.
  5. 5. We look for the right person. Not a list of options — only ever a few open at once, each one made when we genuinely believe it’s a good match. This is the part that takes the most patience.
  6. 6. You get an introduction. We’ll email you with a compatibility brief. You decide if you’d like to meet them.
  7. 7. If you both say yes, contact info, conversation starters, and a few date ideas unlock — and your advisor is available anytime you want a second opinion.
  8. 8. After you meet, a short private reflection helps us understand what worked (or didn’t) for next time.

Common questions

Am I actually signed up?

Check your account page — it always reflects exactly where you stand.

Is this really free?

Your first month is free. A card is required to activate your membership, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from your account page.

How long until I’m matched?

We won’t promise a timeline — thoughtful matchmaking takes real time, and we’d rather introduce you to someone worth meeting than rush to fill a queue. If it’s been a while, you’ll hear from us periodically just to confirm you haven’t been forgotten.

Can I just browse people myself?

No — on purpose. Letting everyone swipe through everyone is a different product with a different set of problems. We’d rather do the searching for you.

What if something feels off on a date?

Read our safety guidance before you meet anyone in person, and use the report link on any match if something concerns you.
